    collective learning

styles: i love facilitating collective learning that utilizes a wide variety of modalities to help us attune to multiple ways of knowing. journaling, guided meditation, plant medicine, crafting, small and larger group discussions are all

goal: these tend to focus on co-creating containers that help us nourish our connection to ourselves, each other and the more-than-human world.

    Indigenous solidarity

any place-based practitioner has a responsibility to support access to land for our Indigenous communities. there are several inspiring Indigenous-led projects and initiatives to connect with and support in ways that are meaningful to us and ideally, ultimately, help us remember and reclaim our own Indigeneity and what it means in this place, and in this moment.

    composting organizational oppression

organizations, especially those that rely on conventional decision-making structures and roles, provide fertile soil for oppression to be maintained and fortified. i’d love to find ways to inoculate your organizational culture with life-affirming practices and processes that help compost the systems of oppression and create tilth for organizational cultures that are rooted in wellness.

    manithottam india

i’m nurturing a very special dream seed to collectively tend land and culture in my place of origin - kerala. the western ghats are an incredible biocultural hub that i feel deeply moved to be in deep relationship. when i visited this area in 2017, my bones let me know that this is where they would like to be buried.

at this time, i’m looking for collaborators to sprout a collective land justice based initiative in india in the western ghat area.
